CAR SALES EXECUTIVE
For over 35 years, Sidegate Motors has been a trusted name in quality vehicles and exceptional customer service across Great Yarmouth and the surrounding areas. With the launch of our second site, Sidegate Motorpark, we now offer over 150 vehicles in stock, and our customer base continues to grow!

As we expand, we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Car Sales Executive to join our expert team. At Sidegate Motors, we pride ourselves on creating a supportive and dynamic culture where both customer service excellence and team success are at the heart of everything we do. What We're Looking For: We believe that outstanding customer service is the cornerstone of our success, and we are eager to find candidates who share our passion for creating exceptional customer experiences. While previous sales experience is desirable, we are happy to consider candidates with a strong background in customer service and a natural ability to build relationships.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- A proactive and efficient attitude, with a keen eye for detail.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- A driven and motivated approach, aiming to exceed targets and contribute to team success.
- Experience in a sales or customer service role is essential (min. 1 year).

Day-to-Day Duties: As a Car Sales Executive at Sidegate Motors, your daily responsibilities will include:

- Engaging with customers to understand their specific needs and preferences when selecting a vehicle.
- Demonstrating vehicles, showcasing their features and benefits.
- Recommending suitable value-added products, such as warranties, protections, or finance packages, tailored to meet the customer's needs.
- Utilising customer enquiry management systems to track enquiries, manage follow-ups, and ensure customer satisfaction at every stage of the sales process.
- Delivering excellent phone etiquette, answering enquiries from potential customers promptly and professionally.
- Maintaining an organised and tidy forecourt and office space, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers and an efficient workspace for the team.

Salary: £45000 OTE

MOTOR VEHICLE TECHNICIAN
We are a family owned and family run business. For 40+ years we have been a Peugeot Main Dealer / Authorised Repairer, In 2019 we added Citroen to our Authorised Repairer workshop forming a dual brand partnership with the Stellantis Brand.

We also service, MOT, diagnose and repair all other brands including some electric/hybrid vehicles. We have a partnership with RAC warranty bringing us a nice mix of vehicles and consequently experience & knowledge to the workshop.

Our workshop has delivered excellence in vehicle maintenance, repairs, diagnostics and customer satisfaction to the Great Yarmouth and surrounding areas. Many of our existing staff servicing 25+ years, thus enhancing the customer experience.

We have an opportunity for a suitable person to join our existing workshop team.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified motor vehicle technician with experience in servicing, assessing, diagnosing and repairing all makes of vehicles. Knowledge of current systems would be an advantage, however full training on these will be given. The ideal candidate would be qualified to ‘NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Mechanics’ or an equivalent qualification but ‘NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Mechanics’ will also be considered. All candidates are required to have a valid driving licence. Rates of pay are commensurate with experience but this starts from £12 a hour. There is also a performance bonus in place offering up to an additional £2 per hour.
